The staff was welcoming, the rooms were updated and huge with 2 beds and a pull-out couch. The breakfast was good for a quick and easy meal to start the day. The location was excellent and comfortable, close to many interesting sites.

The Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel in Sioux Falls has a prime location near the expressway, downtown, and a fantastic restaurant. Our room had the convenience of 2 bathrooms, central heating, pay television, and a microwave oven - all essential for our stay.

The staff were wonderful and showed us the greaton-site attachedrestaurant.

The service was excellent, that made the hotel nice place. Updated and quiet room with a tub, had a decent stay. The atmosphere created was family. The location was great, just a short walk away from Elmwood Golf Course.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The service and food at the Cafe were really nice. Our room was recently renovated and modern, with a spa tub and a pull-out couch. The location was great and comfy, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The property was in a fairly quiet area.

It was a great place for traveling with family. The pool area was awesome and my little granddaughter loved it! There were also rules on conduct in the pool area, which were inforced and appreciated. We found the rooms very comfortable, especially the beds! I would certainly select this hotel when returning to this area and will recommend it to others.

Hot tub was divine! Kids really enjoyed the water park. (Ok, the adults did too.) Beds were very comfortable; pillows just the right softness. Extremely comfortable room!

Coffeemaker did not work. Our tub/shower was tilted such that water gathered on the tub edge and then ran off onto the floor. Didn't discover this until getting out of the shower into a large puddle in the bathroom. :-(

Kids had a blast at indoor watermark. Liked it was pet friendly with no additional charge and they booked us on first floor near door to outside.

Appreciate their shuttle service to the Airport!! At 12:30 a.m., on our return trip, the Hotel shuttle showed up at the airport to get us after the Taxi driver I had reserved from the front of the airport decided to take a gal that was going farther then we were and left us at the curb of airport with our luggage and carry-ons....the next taxi could have taken 45 minutes to 1 hour. The Hotel Staff went above and beyond to pick us up and get us checked in for the night!! Thank you!!.
